B.Sc.: in Agricultural Sciences (Food Technology) with very good from Faculty of Agriculture at Fayoum, Cairo University, June 1985.
M.Sc. : in Agricultural Sciences (Food Technology: Oils & Fats) from the same Faculty, 1991.The thesis entitled (Physical and chemical studies on some sunflower cultivars oil cultivated in Fayoum).
Ph.D.: in Agricultural Sciences (Food Technology: Quality Control Assurance) from the same Faculty, 1999.The thesis entitled (Physical and chemical studies on some factors affecting the quality of salted anchovy).
