June 2014, Post doctor fellow ship by the Institute of Oriental and Islamic studies, Tübingen University- Germany. To write a new volume of the Sylloge (Catalog) series of the coins preserved in the research center of Islamic Numismatic studies in Tübingen University, about the Egyptian coins during the Islamic era.
Dec. 2013, Post doctor fellow ship by The Egyptian ministry of Higher Education, to study and conduct a Sylloge (Catalog ) of the coins of Fars in coin collection of Jena University, Supervised by Prof. Dr. Stefan Heidemann- Hamburg University.
Dec. 2010- Jan. 2011 travel grant by the INC (International Numismatic Congress) for the study of The Islamic coin collection of the Museum of Islamic Arts in Doha- Qatar.
July 2007 to July 2009, Graduate Fellowship of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education for the PhD studies at Jena University, Germany. Thesis: “The Monetary Circulation in Shiraz from the Beginning of Salghurid until the end of the Muzaffarid era”, supervisors Prof. Ra’fat el-Nabarawy, Cairo Uni., and Prof. Stefan Heidemann, Jena Uni.
