Work Experience
Field training supervisor for social work students – department of development and planning, on both rural and urban fields , beginning from 1996 up till now.
Supervisor and manger for Leadership Preparation Camps annually held by faculties and institutions of Social Work for the third year students, from 1996 till now.
Working as a trainer for social workers in the training courses held by Administrate of Social Affairs, Training Department, from 1998 till now.

Scientific Coordinator for te Integrated Rural Development Program (SHROUK) in Fayoum governorate, from 1st Sept., 1996 till 28th May, 2002.

From November 2006 until jun 2008, I work as a Manager Governorate for Prevention of Child Labor, Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Child Labors" at Egyptian Red Crescent Association , sponsored by NCCM and World Bank, job description as follow;
Evaluate the program activities according to the main goals and the budget to report (monthly , quarter and annual report ) it to the executive manager
Implement training programs as a capacity building for teachers, children from the concept of human rights , for example :
o Cultural and social abilities .
o The convention of child rights ( CRC ) .
o Forming and supporting a groups from student to participate in decision making in schools .
o establish activities groups in 4 primary schools according to the project goals concentrate on creation

Preparing a manual guide for policies and procedures for four civil associations in Egypt: “Community Development and Environment Protection Association in Dabaa, Environment’s Pioneers Association in Alexandria, Environment Protection Association in Areesh, Environment Protection Association in Ismaelia”.
Preparing the Internal Regulations List for the Community Development Association in Dir Elhadid, Beni Swef governorate.
Preparing the strategic plan for the Community Development and Environment Protection Association in Dabaa.
