The Faculty of Agriculture announces that Nesrin Mohammad Nasr Mahmoud, a master’s level researcher and teaching assistant at the Department of Dairy Science, is to defend her master thesis titled “Utilization of Bacteriocin-link substances Produced by Certain Lactic Acid Bacteria As Biopreservatives of some Dairy Products”.

Thesis Examination Committee will consist of Prof. Taha Abdel Halim Nasib, Professor, Dairy Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University; Prof. Monir Mahmoud Ibrahim Al-Abd, Professor, Dairy Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University; Prof. Wedad Azab Metry Azab, Professor, Dairy Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Fayoum University; and Dr. Khaled Mohammad Attallah, Associate Professor, Agricultural Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Fayoum University.

The public event will be on Tuesday 15/11/2011 at 11:00 am in the Hall of the Dairy Science Department.
