The Faculty of Education invites applications for its postgraduate programs for the academic year 2011/2012 under the following categories (General Diploma Professional Diploma Special Diploma; Master’s; and Doctorate).
Admission Requirements
1. One-year General Diploma in Education
1.1 A good bachelor's degree of science/ arts and education from an Egyptian University or an equivalent from an accredited institution and approved by the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU).
1.2 Pass successfully all the faculty admission tests.
1.3 The applicant must state the discipline in which he wants to enroll:

Duration: The program can be taken on a full-time basis over one academic year.
2. Professional Diploma
2.1 A good bachelor's degree of science/ arts & education OR good general diploma in education from an Egyptian University or an equivalent from an accredited institution and approved by the SCU.
2.2 The applicant must state the discipline in which he wants to enroll:
1-Special Education
2- Curricula and Programs of Education
3-Educational Technology
4- Quality Assurance
5- Counseling Psychology & Educational Guidance
6- Adult Education
7-School Psychic Specialist
8- School Administration
Duration: one academic year
3. Special Diploma
3.1 A good professional diploma in education
3.2 Pass successfully admission (a) language test and (b) computer skills test.
3.3 The applicant must state the discipline in which he wants to enroll:

2- Educational Technology
3-Mental Health
4- Educational Psychology
5- Foundations of Education
6- Comparative Education
7-Educational Administration
-Duration: 2 – 5 calendar years.
5. PhD
5.1 A very good M.A degree in an educational field from an Egyptian University or an equivalent.
5.2 The applicant must state the discipline in which he wants to enroll:
1-Curriculum and Methodology
2- Educational Technology
3-Mental Health
4- Educational Psychology
5- Foundations of Education
6- Comparative Education
7- Policies and Administration of Education
