The center aims to serve the community and the surrounding environment by employing the available and varied capabilities of the faculty and the center consists of two units:
* Services and Consulting Unit.
* Training and Skills Development Unit.

The units join hands in the overall work of the center to achieve the following objectives:
• Providing consultations and conducting field research that has a fruitful applied return for community service and environment development, in various scientific fields. • Development of skills and creative energies for the benefit of the college, each in his field of holding scientific seminars, conferences, workshops, as well as training courses. • Exchanging experiences and advice with relevant bodies and authorities, as well as marketing university experiences, programs, courses and productive projects. Providing scientific and environmental consultancy and services.
