Headed by Prof. Dr. Arfa Sabry Gomaa Dean of the College held the meeting of the Council of the Faculty of Science College Session No. 277 on 19/7/2017 at 11:00 am at the headquarters of the College Council. The Board was attended by the College's agents, the heads of the scientific departments and members of the College Council. Where Prof. Dr. / Arfa Sabry Juma, Dean of the College, started the session by welcoming the audience. The Minister also started by ratifying the minutes of the previous session and discussing the topics of the Education and Student Affairs Committee. The topics were also mentioned by the Higher Studies and Research Committee, the Committee for Community Service Affairs and Environmental Development and the Committee on Cultural Relations, in addition to the topics of the Library Committee. * Ratification of the ratification of the minutes of the previous meeting No. 276 dated 14/6/2017. * - Consideration of the special memorandum on the delegation of Mr. / Dean of the College in the following actions: - - Approval of the secondment and renewal of secondment to the faculty members loaned. - Renewal of special leave without pay to accompany husband - wife. - Grant and renewal of childcare leave. - Scholarships and scholarships. - Attend conferences, seminars, courses and workshops. - Nomination for grants, missions and scientific missions. * - briefed the Council speech Engineering Research and Consulting Center at the Faculty of Engineering Fayoum University regarding the Center's fees and requested a copy of the architectural paintings and works of buildings of the Faculty of Science. * Identification of the title of the Second International College Conference. * Restructuring the scientific journal team. * The strategic plan for the commissioning of teaching assistants in the college departments and the teaching burden. * Suggest scientific sections for the preparation that can be absorbed by the laboratories of the Faculty of Science students of the Faculty of Education * on the distribution of rooms from the scientific sections * on the statement of the needs of the departments of the College of laboratory equipment and tools. * On the proposal for training and the amounts required for the Science Club. * - Consideration of the approval of the Board of Physics Department on the application submitted by a. Ahmed Lutfi, the assistant teacher in the department, regarding his appointment as a teacher since he received a doctorate degree. He has passed the required courses, he is good conduct and cooperates with his colleagues. * Consideration of the approval of the Board of the Physics Department on the reports of the Standing Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors and Assistant Professors of Dr. Adel Mohamed El Sayed, the teacher in the department, to promote his sovereignty to the rank of Assistant Professor. * - Consideration of the approval of the Council of the Department of Zoology on the application submitted by a.
