Requirements:

* A doctorate holder or equivalent with active participation of at least 5 years in the relevant area of research
* Must have published at least 7 articles, among which at least 2 articles in international journals.
* Must be aware of publication ethics
* Must have strong interest to review the manuscripts and give fair and constructive report
* Must be willing to give reviews based on relevancy, integrity, scientific strength, potential interest, completeness, clarity and ethics in the manuscript
* Reviewers must ensure that all authors have equal opportunity to publish and their origin, nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, gender or political beliefs do not influence the peer review process
