Under the auspices of Prof. Ahmed Hosni Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Youssef Abdel Hamid, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Nasser Owais, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, member of the Supreme Committee for Field Training, and Prof. Nahla Abdel Rahim, General Supervisor of Field training, the first field training meeting was held.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Ahmed Hosni Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty, welcomed the attendees, wishing a successful academic year for all. He said that field training as a set of experiences that are presented within the framework of one of the institutions and fields of practice in a conscious and intentional manner.
He added that its aim is to raise the level of understanding and skill of students to be able to practice social service. He pointed out that the training record was developed and an advanced plan for field training was put in place, emphasizing on the process of following up the training process to find out the positives and negatives and to know the problems on the ground and address them. He stressed that the faculty member is the most important figure in the training process in addition to the institutional aspect.

In his speech, Prof. Nasser Owais, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs and a member of the Higher Committee for Field Training, stressed the qualitative shift in training and everything related to training mechanisms, whether within the plan or the training record, and that the level of the student appears from the competence of the faculty member.

At the beginning of his speech, Prof. Youssef Abdel Hamid, Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs, welcomed the attendees. He extended his thanks and appreciation to the Field Training Office for their efforts during the last period to receive training students, and indicated that a measure was made to know the training needs, and the result was more training courses for Social workers, in order to know all that is new in the training process, and that training institutions that did not exist before, such as Al-Azhar institutes, have been created to receive and train students, and that it is one of the aspirations that the training be at the level of the sector, whether in Fayoum or BeniSuef. He indicated that the development experience should be applied and that a cooperation protocol be concluded with the Directorate of Social Solidarity and Knowledge of Projectsknowledge of development projects and presidential initiatives and joining them.

Prof. Nahla Abdel Rahim, General Supervisor of Field Training, stressed the importance of the monthly report on the training institutions, where an electronic report and a directory of the institutions were created to know the detailed addresses of the students and the supervising body.

She also emphasized the necessity of having a special achievement file for each student for the field training period, and that among the plan are scientific meetings from elite members of the faculty staff.
