تلقيت دعوه من قبل المكتب التنفيذى للجنه التأليف و الترجمه و النشر بجامعة الكويت عام 1995 لتقييم مرجع فى "الميكانيكا المتقدمة للمواد" و تمت اعمال المراجعة و التقييم.

تأسيس معمل للحسابات بالكلية و ذلك ضمن برنامج تطوير التعليم الهندسى التابع لوزارة التعليم العالى و البنك الدولى بتكلفه اجماليه تزيد عن مائه و ثمانون الف جنيها مصريا و تم التقدم بالمقترح كاملا رقم (P/FYM202) و تمت اعمال المتابعه طوال ثلاثه سنوات و تم حصول الكلية على المعمل المطلوب فى عام 1996.

المساهمه فى اعداد لائحه الدراسات العليا قسم الهندسة المدنيه عام 1993.

الاشراف على برنامج الدراسات العليا فى الهندسة الانشائيه فى مرحله الدنلوم و الماجستير و الذى بدأ فى سبتمبر 1997.

تنظيم الدورات الاتيه بالكويت و مقر الكلية بالفيوم.

‌أ) دوره فى استخدام الحاسوب للتحليل و التصميم الانشائى – الكويت عام 1988 , 1994.

‌ب) دوره فى استخدام برنامج STAAD3 - الكويت عام 1989 , 1994.

‌ج) دوره فى تحليل و تصميم مختلف الانظمه الخرسانيه للبلاطات باستخدام برنامج ADOSS - الكويت 1994 – 1995.

‌د) دوره فى استخدام برنامج SAP90 لتحليل البلاطات و الاطارات الخرسانيه – كلية الهندسة بالفيوم 1995م.

الاشراف على مشروعى الخرسانه و الانشاءات بالكليه بصفه منتظمه منذ عام 1992.

تم تقديم محاضرة عن تأثير الزلازل على المنشأت و ذلك فى اعقاب زلزال 1992 و تمت الندوه فى مدينة الفيوم بمقر كلية الهندسة.

مدير معمل الحاسب الآلى بكلية الهندسة بالفيوم فى الفترة من سبتمبر 92 حتى سبتمبر 93 و من سبتمبر 94 حتى سبتمبر 95..

مدير مركز البحوث و الاستشارات الهندسية – كلية الهندسة – جامعة القاهرة – فرع الفيوم.

استشارى المجمعة المصرية لتأمين المسئولية المدنية عن اخطار اعمال البناء (المجمعة العشرية) لمحافظتى الفيوم و بنى سويف حسب قرار السيد وزير التخطيط رقم 122 الصادر فى 9 سبتمبر 2003.

عضو باللجنة العليا لمحافظة الفيوم للمنشآت الآيلة للسقوط برآسة السيد محافظة الفيوم فى الفترة من (2001-2003).

قام بتنفيذ عمليات ضبط جودة مساكن مديرية الأسكان بالفيوم منذ عام 97 و حتى الوقت الحالى.

رآسه عده لجان معاينات لمنشآت بناءا على طلب السيد محافظ الفيوم.

رآسه عده لجان لمعاينات لصالح نيابه الفيوم و النيابات المحيطه.

رآسه لجان معاينات المساكن و المنشاءات المتضرره من زلزال 1992 بناءا على طلب السيد محافظ الفيوم.

ب‌ - انشطه اخرى تطبيقيه خارج كلية الهندسه بالفيوم:

صاحب و مؤسس مكتب بيت الخبره الهندسيه بالفيوم للتصميمات الهندسيه منذ سبتمبر1997 .

التعاون من مكتب الاستاذ الدكتور/ محمد فائق هويدى و ذلك بالاشراف على القسم الانشائى بالمكتب منذ يناير 1996 حيث تم تصميم العديد من المشروعات.

التعاون مع "مركز التطوير المعمارى" فى تصميم و مراجعة العديد من الاعمال الانشائيه.

التعاون مع شركة سعود كونسلت بالقاهرة فى الفتره من فبراير 1995 حتى اكتوبر 1995 برآسه المجموعه الانشائيه و تصميم العديد من المشروعات.

التعاون مع "المجموعه العربيه للتصميم" منذ اكتوبر 1992 بالاشراف على القسم الانشائى بها حيث تم تصميم العديد من المشروعات.

تقديم استشارات هندسيه لوزاره النقل الكنديه فى مجال التحليل الاحتمالى لقضبان السكك الحديديه بطريقه العناصر المحدده فى الفتره (1984 – 1986).
