| Under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud Ali Abdel Fattah, Dean of the College, the annual scientific conference of the Department of Plant Protection for the academic year 2022-2023 was held today, Wednesday, November 2, 2022 AD, in the presence of Prof. GamalFarag Mohamed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Gamal Mahmoud, Vice Dean College for Community Service Affairs and Environmental Development, Prof. Ayman Ahmed Owais, Chairman of the Department Council, faculty members and postgraduate students of the department, and undergraduate students.

| The activities of the conference opened with a speech by Prof. Dr. Ayman Ahmed, Head of the Department Council, in which he welcomed the honorable presence of the faculty members, the supporting staff, students and administrators in the department, then a brief presentation was made about the college and the department.
|
| At the end of the conference, a discussion was opened between the faculty members and students to review the students’ suggestions and complaints about the educational and research process and the various activities. After that, certificates of appreciation were distributed to honor the top students in the third and fourth grades of the undergraduate stage.
