| The executive board of the Fayoum University's Quality Assurance Center (QAC) held a meeting on Monday 18/2/2013 at the Faculty of Dar Al Uloom-based Quality Assurance Unit. The meeting was chaired by Professor Ali Abdel Aziz, director of the QAC. The meeting was attended by Prof. Saber Mashaly, director of the Faculty of Dar Al Uloom-based Quality Assurance Unit, Prof. Sherin Ali Mohammad Taie, director of the Faculty of Computers and Information-based Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Heba Ramadan Al-Shoshany, director of the Faculty of Specific Education-based Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Magdy Rashad Abdel Ghany, director of the Faculty of Arts-based Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Amir Salah Al Hawary, director of the Faculty of Education-based Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Adel Abdel Razek Abdel Azim, director of the Faculty of Agriculture-based Quality Assurance Unit, and Dr. Salwa Attia Mohammad, director of the Faculty of Nursing-based Quality Assurance Unit. Among the topics discussed were launching a contest on the best course specifications, another contest on the role of students in attaining quality of education, and a third on preparing a booklet on quality for students. Also, the activities to be carried out by the quality assurance units during February and March 2013 were fathomed. |
