Vice-dean meets with special units' staff |

On Sunday, March 27 Professor Adly Sedawy, vice-dean for Community Service and Environment Development met with the staff of the faculty's various special units. The meeting was attended by directors of special units, namely Dr. Naglaa Ahmed Amin, director of Motherhood and Childhood Studies Unit, Dr. Nana Al-Dawy Ahmed, director of Health and Fitness Unit, Dr. Noura Mohammad Taha, director of Mental Health Unit, and Mr. Ramadan, financial officer at Community Service Center. A number of issues were covered during the meeting, including: 1-Assessing the achievements made in the previous phase. 2-Outlining the action plan of the coming phase. 3-Rendering a wide array of services through the Faculty's various centers and units in a way that meets the needs of the grassroots in accordance with the University values. 4-Mulling the ideas and suggestions mooted by the units' staff: suggestions like organizing courses in sign language, courses in computer maintenance, etc.. 5-Stressing that the Community Service Center is committed to serving the local community as a first priority, so services provided must be affordable. |
