Keynote speakers were Dr. Hesham Shabaan, a lecturer at Beni Suef's Faculty of Law, and Prof. Ragab Ali Shabaan, Vice-Dean for Education and Students' Affairs. The seminar shed light on some issues, including each citizen's duties with regard to political participation, types of laws and authorities, and the role of judges in supervising elections.
