On Monday 14 November 2011, Dean of Faculty of Education Ahmed Taha Mohammad received a delegation from the United States Embassy in Cairo. The delegation included Assistant Cultural Attaché Michael Hankey, U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Officer Patricia Kabra, U.S. Embassy Cultural Affairs Assistant Officer Hanan Asaad, and Anderson Dennis, an employee at the U.s. Embassy in Cairo. The visit aimed to follow-up and monitor progress of the Model American Congress Program (MAC). A big number of project managers attended the meeting, namely MAC Executive Director Mohammad Abdel Tawab Abuel-Nour, MAC Executive Assistant Director Salah Mohammad Gomaa, and MAC Executive Assistant Director Abeer El Sayed Abu Zayd. The event was also attended by Dr. Nabila Ali Marzouk, Lecturer, Faculty of Arts, Prof. Amal Gomaa Abdel Fattah, Lecturer, Faculty of Education, Dr. Mahmoud Korny, Associate Professor, Faculty of Dar Al Uloom, Dr. Naglaa Al Sherbiny, Associate Professor, Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Ahmed Sayed Abdel Fattah, Lecturer, Faculty of Education. |
