| Faculty of Education at Fayoum University held today the second Introductive day of the "Tempus" project, under the auspices of Prof. Ahmed Taha Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty and Prof. Mohamed Farouk, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Coordinator of the "Tempus" Project of Education for Sustainable Development.

| The activities of the second day included introducing the objectives of Excellence Center of "Education for Sustainable Development" (EDU CAM), which was established as part of the "Education for Sustainable Development" project. Fayoum University is one of the participants in this project with other Egyptian and European universities.

| The Center was established in Faculty of Education as a unit of special nature under management of public service project for the service and training of teachers in the governorates of Upper Egypt.

| The meeting was attended by each of Prof. Sameha Makhlouf, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Bianca, Project Representative from the European Partner, Dr. Hanaa Ezzat Director of the center, members of the preject, Dr. Ayman Abd El-Kawy Shelaby, Dr. Wael Mourad Semida, Dr. Faten Ahmed Ramadan, Dr. Osama El Sayed Ibrahim, many students from Azza Zidan Experimental Language School, and some students from Faculty of Education, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Agriculture.
