| Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, Prof. Mohamed Saeed Abul-Ghar, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, witnessed the activities of the opening session of the first international conference organized by the Psychological Counseling Center at Faculty of Education under the title (Contemporary Trends in Teaching and Learning for People with Hearing Disabilities).

| In the presence of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Tawab Abu Al-Nour, President of the Conference and Dean of Faculty of Education, Prof. Amal Gomaa, Conference Rapporteur and Former Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Rania Shaaban, Secretary of the Conference and Director of the Psychological Counseling Center at the College, and a number of deans of the faculties, Vice deans, faculty members, researchers, students and conference guests from Saudi Arabia and Egyptian universities.

| The conference was also honored with the presence of Dr. Saeed Mohamed Al-Qahtany, President of the West Asian Regional Federation for Deaf Sports and President of the Saudi Deaf Sports Union, Mr. Abdullah Al-Issa, Executive Director of the Saudi Deaf Sports Union, Dr. Fadia Abdel-Gawad, a consultant dermatologist and cosmetologist, and the first female deaf doctor in Egypt and the world, And a number of Undersecretaries of the Ministries in Fayoum Governorate, on Tuesday 7/6/2022 at the Central Library of the University.
