| Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Assem Al-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Amal Gomaa, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Amal Rabie, former Dean of the Faculty of Education, and project manager, and Dr. Muhammad Owais Al-Qarni, project coordinator at the faculty. Prof. Dr. Assem Al-Issawi stressed the importance of the role of the Faculty of Education in confronting illiteracy, building minds and eradicating illiteracy as a national duty. Prof. Dr. Amal Gomaa followed up on the need to work to continue efforts, and the participation of all undergraduate and graduate students in the community enlightenment project to combat illiteracy in Fayoum Governorate. Prof. Dr. Amal Rabie, Project Manager, spoke about the objectives of the project and the stages of development of the university's participation, through the reports received from the General Authority for Literacy. A presentation was also made about the project, its objectives, axes, target group, tasks of the participants, how to obtain illiterates, and material and moral return.
