A / Nashwa Mohammed Mustafa. ** I apologize for the presence: Dr. / Abeer Ibrahim Malak. ** The Committee was attended by the following members at the invitation of the Chairman of the Committee: 1 - Dr. / Abdul Karim Mohammed Abdul Latif. (Director of the follow-up unit graduates) 2- Dr. / Sayed Mohamed Abdel Aziz. (Director of the Unit of Research and Environmental Projects) 3 - Dr. / Shaimaa Mohammed Al-Sufi. (Administrative Member of the Public Service Center) Dr. Saleh Abdul Alim Mohammed Al-Awni (Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim) started the session and welcomed the members and then discussed the agenda, recommendations and discussions which were as follows: 1- On ratifying the minutes of the previous session 11/6/2017. * To consider what has been received from the office of Prof. Dr. / Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development regarding their submission to the future plan of the sector in college during the academic year 2017/2018 to be presented to the Council of Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs next July. * - Consideration of what was received from the office of His Excellency Prof. Dr. / Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development in respect of item No. (15) of the vehicle draft regulations to announce to the faculty members of the faculty. * - Consideration of what was received from the Center for Scientific Studies and Consultations, Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University (Photovoltaic Unit) regarding the invitation of the College to participate in the first national conference on "Future Prospects for the Production and Use of Solar Energy in Egypt" in the period 16-17 September 2017. House of Cairo (Environmental Cultural Center of the Environmental Affairs Agency in Fustat). * - Consideration of the Office of the Professor / Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture - South Valley University on the invitation of the College to participate in the International Conference for the first development of agriculture and community service, in the period 15-17 August 2017 in Hurghada. * To consider what has been received from the office of His Excellency the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development regarding the publication of the preventive medicine to be followed when traveling, staying and returning from countries affected by some infectious diseases. * Consideration of the report of the Middle East Regional Center for Radioisotopes of the Arab States concerning the organization of a workshop on "The use of radioisotopes in different stages of oil production" (Exploration, Extraction, Production, Waste, Environmental Impact) / 2017.
