Article (1):

The collage consists of the following department :

1-The department of social works’ ways:
It specialized in the next courses at the bachelorstage :
The entrance to social service - the entrance to the individual’s service - the entrance to the community’s service - the entrance t2-o the society’s organization - processes of individual’s service - processes of community’s service - processes of society’s organization –modern directions in the individual’s service -modern directions in the community’s service -modern directions insociety’s organization-foreign Texts in social Work - research Seminar - field Training.

2-The department of social works’ fields: It specialized in the next courses at the bachelorstage : The entrance to social welfare –social work in the field of older people -social work in the field of special groups -social work in the field of environment -social work in the field of family and childhood -social work in the educational field and youth welfare -social work in the field of social defense -social work in the medical field -social work in the worker field-social laws-research Seminar - field Training.

3-The department of planning and development : It specialized in the next courses at the bachelor stage: The entrance to society’s development- population and development-social problems- communication in social work –research in social work- policiesof social welfare -local administration’s organization-management of social institutions-evaluation of development projects-foreign Texts in the field of planning and development –the entrance to development’s planning -research Seminar - field Training.

4-The department of social science :
It specialized in the next courses at the bachelorstage :
general sociology -Islamic law - social statistics - Social anthropology - public health –political sociology - general economics - rural and urban sociology - general psychology - social psychology - computer - economic development - public relations.

Also the next courses on the higher studies stage:
Social or behavioralscience that contact with specialized field –progressive statistic –the modern Egyptian social history -computer science-social texts with English language.

The field trainingoffice:

It follows the collage agent for Education and Student Affairs and forms administrative council of the departments of social work ways, social work fields, development and planning, administrative and technical. It also serves as a coordinating body for field training and field visits between the scientific departments of the collegeand field training institutions

Article(2):

Fayoum university gives ,according to request of the collage’s council ,the following diplomas scientific degrees :

1- scientific degrees:
*Bachelor of social work
*Bachelor of social welfare by the system of opening education
*Master of social work
*Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work
2-Diploma of higher studies at one of the scientific department.

Article(3):

Fayoumuniversity gives, according to request of the collage’s council,Bachelor of social work.

Article(4):

The period to get the bachelor of social work is four years, the study divided into two semesters in the year.

Article(5):

The tables attached to this regulation show the study plan, indicating the curricula and field training distributed among the study teams, as well as the number of hours allocated per week, the exam time, the small and great endings for the grades and grades of the work of the year for each semester separately (Tables 1-8).The collage council decide the study decisions after being determined by the councils of the competent departments.

Article(6):

The transfer exams and the bachelor's degree will be at the end of each semester in the courses which studied by the student in his group and in the backward courses of previous years according to schedules in this regulation except for the research and field training course

Article(7):

The exam in research will be oral , and grades of the work of the year will be with the grades of the oral test. The test will be hold by a committee consist of who teach research and a member was choosen by the department . The degree will not be added to the total.

Article(8):

For thefield training the student's assessment shall be based on what he achieve from the requirements of the training .The degree distribution at the end of the academic year shall be according to the following percentages:
10%from the degree to the head of the place where student trains.
-20% from the degree to the outside supervisor (the social specialist who supervise on the student in a direct way fromthe place where student trains.
-50%from the degree to the inside supervisor (who choosen by the collage to supervise on student or from outside of the collage .
-20%from the degree to the oral test that is hold at the end of the year . The test will be by a committee consist from the internal supervisor and two members of staff of the collage .
The degree offield training will not be added to the total. The student will not move from his group to the next if he failsin thefield training.

Article(9):

Student can do the test if his attendance percentage not less than 75%.The collage council,at the request of the councils of departments, can forbidden student from the exam In courses where attendance is not met. In this case the student is considered to be failure in these courses, unless he presents with an excuse accepted by the College Council.The rules of absence shall be applied to him with reasonable excuse not to be considered a failure opportunity.

Article(10):

Student can move from his group to the next group if he success in all courses or if he Fail in no more two courses from his group or from less groups . The student will do the exam of courses that he failed in with students who still study these courses ,his success will be acceptable. In September from every year, an exam will be hold for the final group in no more two courses.

Article (11):

The student will return the class in the following cases:
A)if he fails in the field training ,in this case he will return the class as it stopped on his repetition the field training for a full year .
B)if he fail orexceeding the rate of absenteeism,that determined by the collage council in the courses of his group or in more than two courses in lower groups.,in this case he will return the class as it stopped on his failureorexceeding the rate of absenteeism.

Article (12):

Research is consider a subject of success and failure and its degree does not add to the total, student will not get the bachelor until he success in this course

Article (13):

If the examination in one of the courses is a written, oral or practical test, the student's assessment in this course shall be from the total of the written, oral or practical assessments and the work of class in any course unless he obtains 50% of the determined grade for the written examination in this course.

Article (14):

Student’s success in courses and in the total ,are calculated according to:
-Excellent 90% or more of the total
-Very good from 80% to less than 90% of the total
-Good from 65% to less than 80% of the total
-Acceptable from 50% to less than 65% of the total .
* In addition, student failureis calculated according to:
Weak from 35%to less than 50% of the total
Very weak to less than 35% of the total
