  Freshmen Reception Ceremony at the Faculty of Dar Al-Uloom

Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdi Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Farouk El-Khabiri, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Mohamed Hamed Ujaylah, Acting Dean of the faculty of Dar Al-Uloom, witnessed the activities of the reception ceremony for Freshmen. The ceremony was organized by Dr. Ihab Khalid, the coordinator of student activities at the Faculty, with the support of the Youth welfare and the Faculty Student Union in cooperation with the Students for Egypt family.
The event was attended by Prof. Salah Abdel Moez Al-Ashiry, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Walid Saeed Shimy, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, as well as faculty members, assistant faculty members, and students of the Faculty, on Monday, October 31, 2022.
Prof. Mohamed Ujaylah expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to organizing the freshmen reception, emphasizing that the Faculty of DarulUloom is a house of knowledge and learning. He pointed out that the students of the Faculty should feel proud and honored to belong to the Faculty of DarulUloom, which is a significant institution for Arab and Islamic heritage.
He also offered some advice to the students under the slogan "Knowledge, Work, Ethics," affirming that the Faculty of Dar Al-Uloom is one interconnected family working together for the advancement and progress of the Faculty. He mentioned that the Faculty administration welcomes all freshmen and continuing students and values their suggestions.
Prof. Salah Al-Ashiry welcomed the freshmen, congratulating them on the honor of joining such a great institution as the Faculty of DarulUloom. He emphasized that the Faculty is their second home, where they receive education in Arabic language Dar Al-Uloom, Fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic Shariah (Islamic law), rhetoric, poetry, and literature. He urged students to participate in various student activities at the Faculty to enrich their experience and build their academic and practical personalities.
At the end of the ceremony, some students presented various artistic and literary performances.
