Participation of the Faculty of Dentistry - Fayoum University in the self-seminar competition

Fayoum University: Faculty of Dentistry holds a self-symposium entitled “Yin Yang”
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mohamed Farouk Al-Khabiri, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Lamia Ibrahim, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, witnessed the activities of the self-seminar entitled (Yin Yang), which comes within the activities of the Self-Seminar Festival. The twelfth 2024, under the slogan of combating corruption and economic challenges in Egypt (youth visions and solutions), and the student Adham Mustafa Abdel Fadil, third year, lectured during the symposium, in the presence of Professor Dr. Al-Shaima Ahmed, Acting Vice Dean for College Affairs.
Community service and environmental development, and Professor Dr. Maha Al-Qurashi, Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, today, Monday, 3/4/2024.
At the beginning of the symposium, student Adham Mustafa explained the meaning of “yin yang” and explained that it is a term in the Chinese language that indicates the interconnection between good and evil, pointing to the types of corruption that include monopolization of goods, financial corruption, bribery, and exploitation of influence and power.
He pointed out that the government is making every effort to fight corruption and address all its types.
He also spoke during the symposium about the national projects taking place in the country, such as the Suez Canal Project, the Decent Life Initiative, and the Energy Production Project, adding that Egypt will become a regional center for transferring data to and from surrounding countries.
It is noteworthy that the judging committee for the second self-seminar festival is headed by Professor Dr. Wael Tobar, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, and the membership of Professor Dr. Bayoumi Tahoun, Dr. Muhammad Kamal, and Dr. Mai Mawahib.
