The Faculty of Dentistry participates in a comprehensive medical and development convoy in the village of Dasia, Fayoum Center
Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, Professor Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and Professor Dr. Assem Al-Essawi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hamdy Mohamed Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Dr. Lamia Ahmed Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. Dentistry, and Dr. Sameh Fathi Ashmawy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, in cooperation with the Hayat Karima Foundation, the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty of Nursing, the Faculty of Specific Education, and the Unit for Combating Violence against Women at Fayoum University, organized a convoy.

Comprehensively, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ikram Mujawar, member of the Executive Committee of the Unit for Combating Violence against Women, Dr. Heba Al-Shoushani, Assistant Professor at the College of Specific Education, Dr. Mai Mawahib, member of the Executive Committee of the Unit for Combating Violence against Women at the University, and Dr. Ahmed Gamal, Deputy Life Coordinator. Professor Dr. Assem Al-Issawi stated that the medical convoy succeeded in providing medical examination and treatment for 1,278 cases, as 173 cases were examined in the orthopedic specialty, 75 dental cases, 175 internal medicine cases, 60 nose and ear cases, 220 children, 120 sciatica cases, 150 dermatology cases, 120 ophthalmia cases, and 145 cases of ophthalmia. At the end of the convoy, the villagers thanked Fayoum University and the Hayat Karima Foundation for the efforts made in the convoy.
