 Dean meets with freshmen |

| On Monday 23/9/2013, the Faculty of Computers and Information held its annual reception ceremony for freshmen. The meeting was attended by Prof. Khaled Hamza, Vice-President for Education and Students' Affairs, Prof. Nabila Mohamed Hassan, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Prof. Hamdy Mahfouz Gaballah, Vice-Dean for Education and Students' Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Mohamed Al-Rabeay, Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environment Development, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Faculty's Director, Mr. Montser Mohamed Omran, director of Youth Welfare, Ms. Hala Mohamed Gamal Eldin, library's director, and Ms. Salma Abdel Tawab Saeed, director of Education Affairs. The event included a PowerPoint presentation given by the Faculty's Dean about the faculty history, mission and vision, and objectives and values. He also gave more details about the services rendered by the Faculty to students and how to get such services. Following, Prof. Khaled Hamza took the floor and delivered a speech in which he welcomed the freshmen to the Faculty of Computers and Information, wishing them the best of success and urging them to work hard to realize their goals. At the end of the meeting, there was a questions-answers period in which Prof. Nabila Mohamed Hassan answered some inquiries raised by students. |
