Under the auspices of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, inaugurated the training program to prepare university leaders for those wishing to run for the position of Dean of (Faculty - Institute), which is organized by the Center for Developing the Capacities of Faculty Members and Leaders at the University, and continues from August 11 to 13, 2024, with a lecture entitled: (Crisis and Risk Management), in the presence of Prof. Salah Imam, Director of the Center, on Sunday, 11/8/2024.

Prof. Salah Imam indicated that the training program includes a number of sessions including crisis and risk management, national issues and combating corruption, legal aspects in universities, strategic planning, the art of university leadership, supervision and team management, financial and administrative aspects in universities, institutional development in the sectors of education, students, postgraduate studies, community service, environmental development and international relations.
