The meeting took place in the Dean's office on Sunday 1-6-2015 at 12:00 p.m. It was headed by Prof. Nabila Mohammad Hassan, Dean. Present at the event were Prof. Mohammed Mohammed Rubaie,Vice Dean for Education and Students' Affairs, Dr. Haitham Tawfiq AlFeel, Lecturer, Information Systems, Dr. Shirin Ali Taya', Lecturer, Computer Science and Mrs. Safaa Ahmed Hussein, College Librarian.

The committee discussed the necessity to start the annual inventory of library books on the E-system.
