The meeting took place in the Dean's office on Tuesday 3-6-2-2015, at 11:00 a.m. It was headed by: Prof. Nabila Mohammad Hassan, Dean. Present at the event were Prof. Naglaa Sayed Rashid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.Prof. Mohammed Mohammed Rubaie, Vice Dean for Education & Students Affairs, Dr. Shirin Ali Taya', Lecturer, Computer Science and Dr. Mohammed Hassan Ibrahim, Unit Director.

The committee discussed many topics including the extension of the program (LETO) for more two years until 2016 according to the circular letter sent by the general administration for graduate studies and cultural relations of Egypt and Sudan.
