Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, opened the training course organized by the International Center for Developing the Capacities of Faculty Members and Academic and Administrative Leaders at the University for new teaching assistants, under the title: " Ethics of scientific research, professional ethics, and the art of dealing with others " in the presence of Prof. Salah El-Din Mohamed Imam, Director of the Center, and it will be held during the period from 2/7/2024 to 4/7/2024 AD.

The first session was held entitled:"Ethics of Scientific Research", during which Prof. Arafa Sabry lectured, which dealt with the definition of ethics and the sources from which we derive ethics and the concept of ethics in scientific research, in addition to addressing the ethics of scientific publishing and the moral qualities that the researcher must possess.

The second training session was held entitled:"The Art of Dealing with Others", during which Prof. Salah El-Din Mohamed Imam lectured. It addressed the importance of positive interaction with others, the ethical rules necessary for dealing with others, and how to deal intelligently, and its impact on the work environment, in addition to discussing practical cases in the university community.
