Establishing an institutional system for international relations
at Fayoum University that works both to enhance the international presence of
the university and to boost the University capabilities to keep pace with
scientific and technological progress and its ability to compete. This can be
achieved through establishing partnerships with institutions of higher
education and scientific research around the world; and applying innovative
mechanisms to maximize the benefits of international funding and grant
opportunities.
