“Fayoum University is an active partner in Women’s Skills Development Training Program which is administrated by the Community Service and Environment Development Sector in accordance with an agreement concluded with the Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering and the International Labor Organization, “ said Professor Farid Awad Hedar, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development, during his visit to the training workshops being conducted at the Development Research and Consultancy Center (DRCC) on Tuesday 26/5/2015. He was accompanied by Mr. Abdel Badie Anwar, Director-general of Community Service and Environmental Projects, Mr. Nady Gaber, Director of Office of Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development, and Mr. Mohamed Ali, Director of Communication and Conference Organization Department.   He also added that the training project is looking forward to reaching out more than 1200 of university graduates to give them training in CV writing, personal interviews, teamwork skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making, and small-scale businesses with the aim of making them more employable.   During the visit, Prof. Hedar spoke to the trainees and asked them about their impression about the training. They expressed their happiness for being enrolled in such training programs and thanked the University for training them for free.
