As part of the efforts exerted by the concerned bodies, namely Ministry of Higher Education, Fayoum University, Ministry of Endowments, Cultural Palaces, and the Ministry of Youth and Sport, the Cultural Palace of Fayoum hosted an event about "Anti-Drug Addiction". The event was organized by the Drug Control Fund and was witnessed by Professor Farid Awad Hedar, Vice President of Fayoum University for Community Service and Environment Development.   The event aimed to raise awareness of the dangers of addiction to drugs among young people. It also features documentaries about the awareness activities done by the Drug Control Fund Volunteer Society in Fayoum. Also, winners in competitions were honored.
