The Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels supervises a field workshop in Tunis Village on Tourism and Hospitality Concepts
Within the framework of the “I Am a Lifelong Learner” initiative of UNESCO’s Global Network of Learning Cities, launched by Fayoum Governorate in cooperation with Fayoum University – Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, a specialized field workshop entitled:
“Tourism and Hospitality Concepts for Hotel Owners and Workers in the Tourism Sector”
was organized on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the Arts Center in Tunis Village – Fayoum, with the participation of a number of hotel owners and workers in the tourism and hospitality sector in the village.

The workshop addressed fundamental concepts in tourism and hospitality, professional reception methods, and ways to enhance visitor experience, contributing to improving service quality and strengthening the competitiveness of Tunis Village as a tourist destination, in support of sustainable development and service to the local community.
