Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee convened on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mirvat Abdel Hadi Abdel Latif, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The meeting addressed a number of items included in the sector's plan, foremost among them the organization of a seminar on waste recycling, and preparations for holding a specialized workshop on entrepreneurship, in line with the Faculty's commitment to promoting environmental awareness and fostering a culture of innovation, contributing to the advancement of educational and community services within the Faculty.
