Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty calls upon all students to comply with the instructions issued by the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs regarding the accreditation of medical reports.

Approved Medical Authorities for Accepted Reports:

• The General Administration of Medical Affairs at Fayoum University
• University Hospitals of Fayoum University
• University Hospitals of other public universities
• Health Insurance Authority in Fayoum
• Medical authorities approved and designated by the General Administration of Medical Affairs at the University

In the event that medical reports are submitted from other sources, they must be referred to the General Administration of Medical Affairs and the relevant medical committee for official accreditation. No medical report that has not been officially accredited will be recognized.

The Faculty administration urges all students to fully comply with these instructions in order to ensure the smooth processing of procedures, guarantee the timely resolution of medical cases, and safeguard students' interests and the regularity of the educational process.
