Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Celebrates the 18th Science Day and Honors Its Distinguished Members

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels celebrates the 18th Science Day for the year 2025, in recognition of the scientific, academic, and research achievements accomplished by the faculty’s members across various sectors.

Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, extends his sincere congratulations to the honored faculty members, teaching assistants, staff, and students, in appreciation of their excellence and contributions, wishing them continued success and further achievements.

The honoring activities include former university leaders, recipients of Fayoum University Awards for the best doctoral and master’s theses in the humanities sector, winners of the Excellence Award in International Scientific Publishing, promotion awards to higher academic ranks, teaching assistants who obtained master’s and doctoral degrees, administrative staff who obtained master’s degrees, the recipient of the Administrative Excellence Award, as well as top bachelor’s students across the faculty’s academic programs.

The celebration is scheduled to be held in two sessions: the first from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and the second from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

This comes as part of the Faculty’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and honoring distinguished role models, thereby supporting the educational and research process and enhancing the faculty’s academic standing and leadership.
