In a new scientific achievement reflecting the Faculty's distinguished academic standing, the International Journal of Heritage, Tourism and Hospitality, in both its Arabic and English editions, continued its leadership by obtaining the highest rating among Egyptian journals for 2026, with a score of 7 points — the highest classification granted to Egyptian scientific journals.

This achievement came under the patronage of Prof. Taher Hassan Mohamed Abdel-Hamid, Acting Dean of the Faculty – Fayoum University, and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Chairman of the Journal's Board of Directors, the supervision of Prof. Nancy Fawzy, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs and Deputy Chairperson of the Board, and the leadership of Prof. Mahmoud Howeidy, Editor-in-Chief, and Dr. Islam Adel, Managing Editor.

This distinguished rating reflects the editorial board's commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and scientific publishing, and to elevating research content, thereby enhancing the journal's standing locally and regionally, and supporting its role in disseminating rigorous scientific research in the fields of heritage, tourism, and hospitality.

This achievement represents the fruit of the sustained efforts of the Faculty administration, the journal's editorial board, and all researchers and reviewers, contributing to consolidating the journal's position as one of the most prominent specialized scientific periodicals in Egypt.
