The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced
the allocation of Hajj visas for the 1447 AH/2026 CE season and invites faculty
and administrative staff members of the university who wish to perform Hajj
this year to apply.
The following conditions apply:
1-
The applicant must not have previously performed Hajj and must be
physically capable of performing the rituals.
2-
The applicant must not have applied for Hajj this year through any other
entity or company.
3-
Applications must be submitted using the national ID card, which must be
valid for at least six months.
4-
The machine-readable passport must be valid for at least one year,
starting from February 8, 2026.
5-
The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
6-
The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen with full legal capacity to
perform the rituals.
7-
Applicants wishing to be accompanied by their spouse must also be employees
of the Ministry of Higher Education or its affiliated institutions.
8-
A declaration of health status confirming the absence of heart, lung,
liver, and kidney diseases, as well as mental and neurological disorders,
cancer, and morbid obesity.
9-
Payment can be made in four installments (direct payment) or in six
monthly installments via Visa.
10-
A list of programs and their prices is attached. Applicants may choose
the program that best suits their needs.
11-
Candidates must complete the information provided via the link above no
later than Thursday, December 4, 2025.

will be notified of the date of the public lottery to select the winners of
this year's Hajj.
12-
The lottery results can be viewed via the link or QR code.
