Professor Dr. Asem Fouad Al-Isawi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development and Supervisor of the Institute, extends his sincere congratulations to the Fayoum University family, to our beloved Egypt, and to the heroes of the Armed Forces on the occasion of the anniversary of the glorious October War victories. The Armed Forces, with all its arms, wrote a glorious history with the blood and bravery of its men, and recorded days of pride and honor for all Egyptians in the pages of history. It affirmed the determination and ability of Egyptians to win and work. May God preserve Egypt, noble and majestic, protect its land free and dignified, and guide its people, leadership and citizens, to the paths of progress and prosperity.
