Applied Training for the Bakery & Pastry Course

On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the applied training for the Bakery & Pastry course was conducted for third-level students of the Hospitality Business Management Program. This training aimed to support the practical aspect and enhance students’ specialized technical skills.
The session was delivered by:
Mr. Mahmoud Shaaban
Assistant Lecturer, Hotel Studies Department
He explained the Basic Terminology of the course, reviewed different types of dough, creams, and chocolates, and demonstrated practical preparation methods for some of these varieties. He also introduced the essential equipment and tools required in the bakery and pastry section, highlighting their role in ensuring the quality of the final product.
This initiative reflects the Faculty’s commitment to preparing its students academically and practically according to the latest standards in the hospitality sector, thereby strengthening their readiness for the labor market.
