Under the patronage of Prof. Nancy Fawzy Gamal El-Din, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and under the academic supervision and coordination of Prof. Hisham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, Third- and Fourth-Level students of the Business Administration in Hospitality Program carried out practical training in the various kitchen departments at El-Tayeb Restaurant, on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The students were accompanied by:
