Under the patronage of Prof. Nancy Mohamed Fawzy, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University, and the supervision of Prof. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and the supervision and follow-up of Prof. Hisham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, practical training for the International Cuisines course was held for Third Level students, at the Faculty’s teaching kitchen.
