The Faculty of Nursing Council Holds Its 163rd Meeting for September 2025

Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, the Faculty of Nursing Council held its 163rd meeting today, Wednesday, 10 September 2025, headed by Prof. Sherbat Thabet Hassanein, Acting Dean of the Faculty.

The meeting was honored by the presence of:

Prof. Arafa Sabry – Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations, and Research.

Prof. Ghada El-Gallad – Former Supervisor of the Faculty of Nursing.

Prof. Salwa Atiya – Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

Prof. Amal Ibrahim – Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

Dr. Howaida Hamdy – Director of the Technical Institute of Nursing.

Department heads and esteemed council members of the faculty.

Prof. Arafa Sabry opened the meeting by welcoming the council members and expressing sincere appreciation to Prof. Ghada El-Gallad for her efforts and achievements during her tenure supervising the Faculty of Nursing.

Prof. Sherbat Thabet was also honored on the occasion of assuming her position as Acting Dean of the Faculty, with wishes for continued progress and prosperity for her and the faculty.

The council then proceeded to discuss the topics listed on the meeting agenda.
