Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Asem Fouad Al-Isawi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development and Supervisor of the Institute, the Postgraduate Studies Committees meeting was held at the Institute of Strategic Research and Studies for the Nile Basin Countries, chaired by Prof. Dr. Nasser Abd El-Sattar Abd El-Hadi, Deputy Director of the Institute for Postgraduate Studies, Research and Cultural Relations. Attendees included Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sayed Saeed, Prof. Dr. Atef Abdel Aziz, Dr. Hamed El-Asfoury, and Ms. Hala Mostafa.

The committee discussed matters related to postgraduate studies at the institute, including the registration of doctoral theses in the Department of Geographical Studies and the approval of examination committees for master's theses in the same department.
