Dean of the Faculty Attends the Meeting of the Tourist Guidance Department Council

As part of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University’s commitment to supporting academic departments, Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed Abdel Hamid, Acting Dean of the Faculty, attended the meeting of the Tourist Guidance Department Council on Monday, March 2, 2026.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Walid Elhady Sheikh El-Arab, Head of the Tourist Guidance Department, where the council discussed several academic and administrative topics aimed at developing educational programs and supporting students’ field and practical activities. These efforts contribute to enhancing the quality of education and bridging the gap between theoretical study and practical application.

This attendance reflects the Faculty Administration’s dedication to closely following the work of academic departments and providing the necessary support to achieve their educational and research objectives, thereby preparing students to meet the demands of the tourism labor market locally and internationally.
