Under the patronage and chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty Council convened for its May 2026 session in the presence of all council members, to discuss a number of matters pertaining to the academic and administrative operations of the Faculty.

The Council addressed several key files, including new academic programs, education and student affairs, postgraduate studies and research, and the community service and environmental development sector, in addition to a review of examination proceedings and monitoring their regularity in accordance with the established plan.

The session also featured the presentation of a number of proposals and recommendations aimed at supporting the educational process and enhancing services provided to students, contributing to the advancement of academic and administrative performance at the Faculty.

This session reflects the Faculty's commitment to the continuous monitoring of its various sectors, ensuring the quality of the educational process and strengthening institutional performance efficiency.
