As part of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University's commitment to developing the Training Hotel and enhancing the quality of services provided, Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, conducted a field visit to Norias Resort to monitor ongoing development works and assess implementation progress.
During the visit, he met with resort staff and listened to their views and suggestions, while also discussing the main obstacles that might impede work operations and exploring ways to overcome them and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring improved operational efficiency and the achievement of the highest performance standards.
Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed emphasized the importance of continuing development and modernization efforts and creating an appropriate work environment, contributing to the improvement of service quality and optimal utilization of the resort's capabilities as one of the Faculty's important educational and training facilities.
This visit reflects the Faculty administration's continuous commitment to advancing its educational facilities and enhancing operational efficiency, achieving the Faculty's objectives in the fields of education, training, and community service.
