It is a government-accredited bachelor's degree, granted by Fayoum University under Ministerial Decree No. (1676) of 2021. It is a joint program between the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels and the Faculty of Sports Sciences, giving graduates the opportunity to work in numerous professions in the tourism and hospitality field, as well as in the sports field.

Second Question: What Is the Nature of Study in This Bachelor's Program?

The program follows the credit-hour system, with a total of 132 credit hours over four academic years. Half of the courses are linked to the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, such as: tourist destination management, customer service, menu planning, tourism and hotel marketing, restaurant management, international trends in the tourism industry, tourism and hospitality economics, and public relations in the tourism field. The other half is linked to the Faculty of Sports Sciences, such as: sports injuries, sports event management and organization, sports for the elderly, adaptive sports, physical conditioning, anatomy for athletes and massage, health resorts and clubs, and team sports and combat sports.

Third Question: What Are the Tuition Fees and Study Costs for This Bachelor's Program?

If the student is not already enrolled in the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels or the Faculty of Sports Sciences, they will pay a modest set of additional fees initially (admission test fee: 650 EGP; medical examination fee: 500 EGP; transfer fee from the institute or faculty: 1,700 EGP), and these fees are paid only once to complete the enrollment procedures.

As for tuition fees, they are calculated as the number of study hours multiplied by 300 EGP per semester (for example: 18 credit hours × 300 EGP = 5,400 EGP per semester), and the amount decreases or increases depending on the number of hours registered, noting that the total number of bachelor's degree hours is 132, distributed across eight semesters.

An annual administrative university enrollment fee is also added, required of every student in any faculty at the university, and is paid together with the first semester's fees only, typically amounting to approximately 2,000 EGP.
