Regarding updating the personnel files of all
employees in the state's administrative apparatus in light of the state's move
towards digital transformation,
And to facilitate the Agency's performance of its
legally mandated role.
In light of the provisions of the Civil Service Law
issued by Law No. 81 of 2016 and its Executive Regulations issued by Cabinet
Resolution No. 1216 of 2017, Article (149) of which stipulates that employees
must adhere to the provisions of applicable laws, regulations, decisions, and systems,
and work to implement them.
In particular, they are required to:
Notify their employing unit of their place of
residence, marital status, and any change made to it must occur within one
month at most from the date of the change.
And in accordance with this legal obligation for
faculty members, their assistants, and university staff to update any changes to
their personal data, the General Directorate of Human Resources has prepared an
electronic form, which has been published on the university's official website
and its official pages on various social media platforms, to ensure the speed
of the update process.
Therefore, we kindly request that you direct the staff
in your esteemed department to register using the provided link. Below
Within one week of this date, please assign a staff
member to register the data of those unable to register electronically.
This applies to all employees who are unable to
register electronically.
Please also remind all employees who are able to
register electronically to promptly register via the provided link. Failure to
update your information will be considered a violation of the established rules.
