Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, the practical examination for the "Beverage Production" course was held for fourth-level students enrolled in the Hospitality Business Administration Program, as part of the Faculty's commitment to developing students' practical skills and bridging theoretical knowledge with hands-on training.

The course instruction and examination supervision were undertaken by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Huwaidi, Emeritus Professor at the Department of Hotel Studies, and Dr. Mohamed Fathy, Lecturer at the Department, with the participation of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Tawab, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Hotel Studies.

Students demonstrated a distinguished level of practical performance throughout the examination, reflecting the skills and applied knowledge they have acquired in the field of beverage production and preparation, in line with the Faculty's commitment to advancing the educational process and preparing qualified professionals for the hospitality labor market.
