Accepting Project Proposals from Its Various Colleges and Institutes

In line with Fayoum University's commitment to maximizing the chances of winning projects submitted to the Project Management Unit,

and in support of institutional excellence and enhancing the university's competitiveness,

Fayoum University announces:

The opening of the call for project proposals from all faculties and institutes within the university.

This is in preparation for technical review by the university's Project Management Unit and the Quality Assurance Center, and to ensure all necessary requirements and signatures are obtained for final approval by the University President.

Therefore, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- Promptly prepare project proposals according to strategic priorities and faculty needs.

- Comply with the announced regulations and standards for each project.

- Submit proposals to the Project Management Unit by a deadline (to be specified) to allow for timely review and approval.

- The Project for Developing and Internationally Accrediting Laboratories in Higher Education Institutions (15th Cycle (

The deadline for submitting proposals is Monday, April 14, 2026. Project proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the University's Project Management Unit.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

A joint committee from the University's Project Management Unit and the Quality Assurance Center will review and evaluate the submitted proposals. The Executive Director of each project will be present to present and discuss the proposal and address any technical feedback.
